The WCM - RCD is a microprocessor based Residual Current Device Tester or an Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker Tester that meets today's standards of Safety and Performance.

For everything else, delivery is charged at a flat rate of $16, with the North Island taking approx. 1-3 business days to arrive (metro addresses), while the South Island will take about 3-5 business days.
