Delivery

We offer FREE and fast delivery on all Portable Appliance Testers, no matter where you reside in New Zealand.

We have a flat courier rate of $16 which is our standard shipping for all other test and tag items. North Island delivery is approx. 1-3 days, while South Island is 3-5 days.

Orders made before 2pm are dispatched that same day. We guarantee that the time it takes for you to receive your package will be one of the fastest you've experienced.

For products coming from New Zealand, there's a 1-3 business turnaround. For products that need to come from Australia, it can be up to 7 business days. All transactions are billed in New Zealand dollars.

I ordered online. When will I receive my order?

We pride ourselves on getting your test and tag supplies to you as fast as possible. All equipment is shipped that very same day if ordered before 2pm between Monday and Friday. 

Once you've ordered, you'll receive an email from us confirming your order, as well as a tracking number to trace your order the entire way.

How do I return an item?

If you are not completely satisfied with the product, just return the goods within 7 days of receiving them and we will refund your purchase in full. Please contact us if this is the case.
