Seaward PACTPL 3 Phase Leakage Tester

This unit is designed for users of the Seaward Appliance Testers. The PAC TPL will allow you to conduct an Earth Leakage Test on 3 Phase equipment while being powered. The test results are displayed on the Seaward units with an exact reading and a PASS or FAIL.

For everything else, delivery is charged at a flat rate of $16, with the North Island taking approx. 1-3 business days to arrive (metro addresses), while the South Island will take about 3-5 business days.
