By creating a conductive shield around the appliance, they are used to detect defects in the double insulation of Class II appliances & also used during Earth Leakage Tests.

For everything else, delivery is charged at a flat rate of $16, with the North Island taking approx. 1-3 business days to arrive (metro addresses), while the South Island will take about 3-5 business days.
