The highly durable 6201A Portable Appliance Tester is an extremely easy-to-use entry level appliance tester.
Known for being robust and highly reliable, it'll test appliances and extension leads in accordance with AS/NZS 3760 including those with electronic switches.
The 6201A is a very simple tester to use - just by turning the rotary dial to the test you want, it will automatically complete the tests in less than 5 seconds. In addition to this, it also features a convenient auto test sequencing function. When your test is complete, the 6201A's large LCD display will indicate a PASS or FAIL clearly with its four LED lights.
